About the event
In celebration of International Women's Day, we are having a Women in AI Safety event! We want to feature inspiring women who are working on AI Safety, have them share about the innovative work they are doing, and provide advice for how other women can get into the field. Our event will feature the following speakers: Tan Zhi Xuan (Assistant Professor in the National University of Singapore) Sun Sun Lim (Vice President, Partnerships & Engagement and Lee Kong Chian Professor of Communication and Technology at Singapore Management University) Sharmini Johnson (Senior Manager, AI Governance and Safety at IMDA) Leanne Tan (Data Scientist in GovTech's AI Practice (Responsible AI) team) Each speaker will be giving a short talk about their work, and we will then have a panel discussion where the audience will get to ask questions to the speakers as well.
