Singapore as a hub
A place for AI governance work that needs trust across regions, proximity to Asia, and distance from great-power ownership.
SASH is an independent nonprofit building Singapore and Asia's AI safety field, and connecting it to international governance work.
Governing advanced AI well will take technical work, policy judgment, and coordination across regions. SASH was built to make more of that work possible from Singapore.
East-West coordination will not happen automatically. Singapore is one of the few places trusted enough to host it.
We work through policy-relevant research, fellowships, upskilling, convenings, and a shared hub for people doing the work.
